Standard Shipping: $12.50 Flat Rate
Express Shipping: $19.95 Flat Rate
FREE Standard Shipping on Orders Over $100

No matter how much you order, you'll only pay one low flat-rate shipping fee.

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible so your hens party decorations, games and accessories arrive in plenty of time.

If we anticipate any delay with your order, we'll contact you via the email address provided during checkout.

If you've selected Express Post, we'll prioritise dispatching your order promptly. Please note that once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery timeframes are outside of our control. While Australia Post advertises estimated delivery times, these cannot be guaranteed, and Hens Nites N More cannot accept responsibility for postal delays.

Out of Stock Items

We work hard to keep our website inventory accurate and up to date. However, during busy periods or promotional events, an item may occasionally sell out before stock levels can be updated.

If any product in your order is temporarily unavailable or on backorder, we'll contact you as soon as possible using the email address supplied with your order to discuss your options.

Need Your Order Urgently?

If your event is approaching and you need your order quickly, please contact us before placing your order.

There's also a place at checkout to enter your hens party date, allowing our team to prioritise your order wherever possible.

We'll always do our best to help you receive your order in time for your special event.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you'll receive:

Order Confirmation Email – confirming your purchase has been received.
Order Completed/Shipping Email – confirming your order has been packed and dispatched.

If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your Junk or Spam folder first. If it's still missing, contact us as soon as possible.

Gold Coast Click & Collect

We offer Click & Collect from Upper Coomera, Queensland.

Please note:

Collection must be arranged before placing your order
Minimum order value for collection is $25
All orders must be placed and paid for online prior to collection
As we're a home-based business, we do not have a retail showroom and browsing is not available

Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient collection time.

Returns & Faulty Items

Your satisfaction is important to us.

We will gladly replace any item that:

Arrives damaged during transit
Has a manufacturing fault
Has been incorrectly supplied by Hens Nites N More

Please email sales@hensnitesnmore.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photographs of the damaged or incorrect item. Once assessed, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Change of Mind Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind purchases
Products removed from their original packaging
Items that have been used
Delays caused by Australia Post or other third-party delivery services
Orders that are unavailable because they were not collected from the Post Office after attempted delivery or redirection

If your event is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend selecting Express Post and placing your order as early as possible.
