Delivery Information and Returns
At Hens Nites 'n More we want you to have all your goods in time for your hens party, so we use the services of Australia Post to deliver your orders. Please refer to the Australia Post Website for delivery times to your area.
We use a flat rate shipping service, no matter how much you order! $10.95 regular or $19.95 express.
When situations arise where we expect delays we will contact you normally via the e-mail address you provided with your order.
If you have selected Express Post please not we cannot be held responsible for Australia Post if they do not deliver within their advertised time frames.
We do our very best to try and keep our website updated. However, sometimes we experience a greater than expected demand for an item. If the item you are ordering is backordered, Hens Nites n More will contact you to let you know via the email provided on your order.
If your order is urgent please contact us before placing the order and we will endeavour to help you. There is also a place for you to enter your event date at check out so that we can ensure you get your order on time!
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email of your order. You will then receive an ORDER COMPLETED email once your order has been processed and shipped. Please make sure you check your junk mail folder as sometimes our correspondence can land up in there. If you have not received a ORDER CONFIRMATION email, please contact us as soon as possible.
Pick Up is to be arranged prior to placing your order. Pick up is located at Upper Coomera Qld. We only allow pick ups for transactions for $50 or over
We don't allow browsing. This is a home based business, therefore all orders must be placed online ready for pick up.
RETURNS
Hens Nites n More Will accept the return of product/s if the product is damaged in transit, is incorrectly shipped by us (ie incorrect item sent) or the product is faulty. We will replace the item at no extra cost to the customer. Please email us sales@hensnitesnmore.com.au with a photo of your faulty goods/problem. This needs to be done within 48hours of receiving your order.
We cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind, removed from original packaging or the order is delayed by a third party. (ie if you pay for regular post needing the order urgently and it doesn't arrive in time, failure to pick up from the post office if redirected etc)
